SOUTH WIND® Whitewater A-856 cv. USPP 35,017
A white-fleshed peach from the University of Arkansas. This selection develops an attractive dark blush over a white background. The variety is very juicy and sweet with little to no acid. A-856 cv. is a large, semi-freestone peach with a slow melting texture and light pubescence. Harvest typically occurs in the second week of July in Washington State with fruit averaging 70-75 mm and 13 Brix. The cultivar is moderately resistant to bacterial spot.

SOUTH WIND® A-499 cv.
A white-fleshed peach from the University of Arkansas. This selection develops an attractive dark red over- color on nearly 60-70% of the fruit surface. The variety is sweet, with a slight amount of acidity. It is firm and juicy with a light pubescence and a non-melting texture. A-499 cv. is moderately resistant to bacterial spot. This clingstone variety typically harvests in the third week of July in Washington State.

SOUTH WIND® A-762 cv.
A white-fleshed peach from the University of Arkansas. This selection is highly attractive due to the dark red color that envelops nearly 90% of the fruit surface. A-762 cv. is a clingstone variety that is sweet with little to no acid and a non-melting texture. It is juicy and firm with a light pubescence. In Washington State, you can expect it to harvest in the last week of July. Fruit size averages 70 mm, the Brix is normally 14. The cultivar displays moderate resistance to bacterial spot.

SOUTH WIND® A-853 cv.
A white-fleshed peach from the University of Arkansas. This selection is white-skinned with a dark red over-color. The variety is very juicy and sweet with a slight amount of acidity. The semi-freestone peach has a slow melting texture and develops a light pubescence. A-853 is moderately resistant to bacterial spot. The fruit is typically harvested near the middle of August in Washington State, producing 80 mm size fruit that measures 13 Brix.

PLATTY® First N°6 cv.
A beautifully red-colored white-fleshed flat peach from CEP Innovation. This selection is sweet with a hint of acidity. The variety is fine textured, very juicy, and thick fleshed with light pubescence. Platty® First harvests in the second week of July in Washington State with an average of 14 Brix and 70-75 mm fruit size.

PLATTY® Belle N°4 cv.
A white-fleshed flat peach with 90% dark red coloration from CEP Innovation. This selection is sweet with little to no acidity. The variety is productive, thick-fleshed, and displays very little pubescence. The fruit averages 14 Brix, 75-80 mm in size, and can be expected to harvest in the last week of July in Washington State.

PLATTY® Joy N°254 cv.
A nicely colored white-fleshed flat peach from CEP Innovation. This selection’s red coloration is not as dark as the other Platty® series selections, but it is still vibrant and eye-appealing. The variety is sweet with a slight amount of acidity, thick fleshed, and very juicy. Platty Joy harvests in the first week of August, producing medium- sized fruit.

PLATTY® Star N°194 cv.
A strongly colored white-fleshed flat peach from CEP Innovation. This selection is sweet with little to no acidity and light pubescence. Platty® Star is juicy, fine-textured, and highly attractive. The fruit will normally harvest in the first week of August in Washington State, where it averages 14 Brix and 80 mm in size.

PLATTY® Blaze N°51 cv.
A large, white-fleshed flat peach from CEP Innovation. This selection has an attractive finish to complement its size, which makes for an impressive presentation on the tree and in the box. The variety is sweet with little to no acidity, very juicy, and thick-fleshed with medium pubescence. Platty® Blaze will normally harvest in the second week of August in Washington State. The fruit averages 80-85 mm and 14 Brix.

PLATTY® Sun N°52 cv.
A white-fleshed flat peach from CEP Innovation. This selection is almost completely covered in a dark red hue. The variety is sweet, averaging 14 Brix, with little to no acidity and light pubescence. The fruit is large at 75-80 mm and will harvest in the second week of August in Washington State.

PLATTY® Fun N°5 cv.
An attractively colored white-fleshed flat peach from CEP Innovation. This selection, much like Platty® Belle N°4 cv., reaches up to 90% red coloration with very little pubescence. The variety is nicely sized at 75-80 mm, very juicy, and sweet with little to no acidity. The fruit is typically harvested in the last week of August in Washington State.

PLATTY® Reine N°42 cv.
Our latest harvesting white-fleshed flat peach from CEP Innovation. The variety is thick fleshed, sweet, and very juicy with little to no acidity and very light pubescence. Platty® Reine produces large (75 mm), attractive fruit and provides a very good eating experience. Harvest typically occurs in the last week of August in Washington State.

ANGELFIRE™ S6368 cv.
A late harvesting yellow-fleshed flat peach from CEP Innovation. This selection produces attractively colored fruit that is sweet and juicy. The flesh of this cultivar is thick with a very light pubescence. Harvest will normally occur in the second week of September in Washington State, producing fruit that is 75-80 mm with an average Brix of 15. The flavor profile is quite unique for a yellow-fleshed flat peach and is worth the extended wait.
