Iziagat cv. is an apricot in a stunning shade of red from CEP innovation. This selection has nearly 100% red coloration, displaying virtually no undercolor. The variety is highly aromatic, productive, and sweet with a slight amount of acidity. This cultivar is a self-fertile variety. It will be ready to harvest during the last week of June in Washington State. Fruit size averages 50 mm, the Brix average is 15.
